DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All USA orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and require a signature for delivery. This is to prevent any packages from getting stolen. Please allow 5-8 business days, excluding weekends, for shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All International orders are shipped via UPS and require a signature for delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and receiving. It is important to note that custom fees may be present and the customer is responsible for covering the costs when receiving your order.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product.

Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

When an order is returned or undeliverable for any reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer is responsible for full shipping and/or reshipping charges.
